How Purcell Analytics shipped 406 Consulting a three-surface platform — a marketing site, a productized Montana business formation service (Launch 406), and an internal command center with bidirectional Karbon HQ sync — on one coherent stack.
Challenge
A boutique accounting firm growing past spreadsheets-and-referrals needed three different things at once: a search-indexable authority site, a productized top-of-funnel for Montana business formation, and an internal operations platform that composed with Karbon HQ without making the team live inside its UI.
Outcome
Three independent surfaces — 406consultinggroup.com (marketing + custom article CMS), launch406.com (Stripe-Checkout formation tiers), cc.406consultinggroup.com (Django + FastAPI command center with bidirectional Karbon HQ sync) — running on one coherent stack, shipping independently, with the relationship ongoing.
NetSuite + Automation
Industrial Manufacturer (anonymized)
How Purcell Analytics built a bidirectional NetSuite + e-commerce sync for a small industrial manufacturer — orders ingested, inventory updated in near-real-time, fulfillment tracking pushed back out, and reporting consolidated inside NetSuite.
Challenge
Orders had to be re-keyed from e-commerce into NetSuite daily. Inventory in the storefront lagged NetSuite by hours, causing oversells. Fulfillment data moved manually between systems. Reporting required spreadsheet exports.
Outcome
A custom SuiteScript + Python integration now runs daily in production. Orders, inventory, and fulfillments stay in sync without manual reconciliation. Reporting consolidated inside NetSuite.

QuantAIze
How Purcell Analytics built quantaize.ai — a fast, SEO-first React site with structured data, deferred third-party scripts, and Apollo.io visitor identification — for a sister AI automation agency.
Challenge
QuantAIze launched needing a marketing site that loaded fast, ranked for competitive AI search terms, and captured inbound intent — without the default agency-template tradeoffs that produce slow sites with thin metadata.
Outcome
A Vite + React SPA with rigorous SEO foundation, deferred third-party scripts, structured data, and Apollo-powered visitor identification — live and serving as QuantAIze's primary marketing surface.

DLH Consulting Services
How Purcell Analytics built DLH Consulting a custom small business workflow automation platform — bidirectional Salesforce sync, account enrichment, real-time dashboards, and AI-powered blog content.
Challenge
DLH ran their consulting practice around Salesforce, but timesheets, enrichment, prospect intelligence, and team-activity visibility lived in disconnected tools that couldn't keep CRM data current.
Outcome
A custom Django + React platform now runs daily alongside Salesforce — syncing both directions, automating enrichment, and giving leadership real-time visibility into team activity.
