Know what it costs before you talk to anyone.
Every engagement is quoted upfront — requirements, deliverables, timeline, one number. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll point you at the right build and a real range in about 60 seconds.

Connect two systems that don't talk
You've got data trapped in one tool that another tool needs — and someone's copying it across by hand.

Three ways to engage
However you start, the model's the same
Not seven services to decode — three engagement sizes. Every one is fixed-price, shipped to your repo, and yours to keep.
01 — Focused build
One clear job, done right
$8K starting
A single integration, one automation, a first dashboard, a few SuiteScripts, or a programmatic pilot. Scoped tight, shipped fast.
- ›One system-to-system integration
- ›A single manual process, automated
- ›A few NetSuite scripts + workflows

02 — Integrated system

Bidirectional, multi-system pipelines and orchestration — the point where the pieces have to talk to each other reliably and keep talking.
- ›Bidirectional / multi-system sync + ETL
- ›Multi-workflow orchestration + dashboards
- ›Full custom NetSuite integration
- ›AI-assisted workflows with real guardrails
03 — Platform
A system others build on
Custom fixed per scope
Production platforms: AI orchestration + agents, warehouse-backed BI with custom UI, 10K+ page programmatic systems, customer-facing apps.
- ›Full production AI infra (eval, RAG, agents)
- ›Multi-source ETL + warehouse + custom UI
- ›10K+ page programmatic systems w/ quality gates
- ›Customer-facing apps with multi-tenancy
The same on every engagement
What "fixed-price" actually means here
One number, upfront.
Every engagement is priced with written requirements + deliverables + timeline before we start. No hourly billing surprises, no quiet rate creep.
Change orders, not change rates.
Scope changes after sign-off get a written change order with revised price + timeline. You sign before we proceed. The numbers don't move silently.
You own the code.
Deployed into your repo, your infrastructure, your servers. Hire any other developer to pick up where we left off — no permission, fees, or strings.
30 days of support included.
Production launch + 30 days of operational support for any bugs in our code, at no extra charge. Optional retainer after that for ongoing iteration.

Every engagement at every price ships with the same practices. The list of what's NOT included is the honest part most agencies hide.
Included in every engagement

- Written requirements document
- Architecture decision records
- Fixed-price proposal with timeline + milestones
- Two-week sprints with working demos
- Code reviewed PRs in your repo
- Production deployment via CI/CD
- Monitoring dashboards live before launch
- Operator runbook + hand-off documentation
- 30 days of operational support post-launch
Not included
- Ongoing hosting/infrastructure costs (your cloud bills)
- Third-party SaaS fees (OpenAI tokens, Stripe processing, etc.) — passed through at cost
- Operational support beyond 30 days (optional retainer)
- Brand-new feature development after launch (separate engagement)
- Native iOS/Android development (not our specialty)
- Long-term staff augmentation (we're project-based)
Pricing FAQ
How do you arrive at a fixed price without knowing exactly what we need?
+
Discovery (stage 1) is when we map the actual scope. The fixed-price proposal comes after discovery, not before. If discovery reveals the scope is dramatically different from initial framing, we'll surface that and re-scope before committing.
Do you offer hourly billing or staff augmentation?
+
No to staff aug. Occasionally yes to hourly for very small extensions of completed work (e.g., a quick bug fix that's outside warranty). Default model is fixed-price project engagements.
What if scope changes mid-engagement?
+
Small changes within reasonable interpretation of scope are absorbed. Large changes get a written change order with revised price + timeline before we proceed. You see the math before signing.
Payment schedule?
+
Typically 50% on signing, 50% on launch for engagements under $25K. Three-tranche (40/30/30 on milestones) for larger engagements. Net-15 terms on invoices. Wire / ACH / Stripe accepted.
What does "starting at" actually mean?
+
The minimum scope we can do that engagement at. Real projects typically run 1.5-3x the starting price depending on complexity. Use the per-service calculators (linked above) to estimate your range.
Do you discount for non-profits / startups / friends?
+
Rarely. We'd rather be honest about pricing than do friend-discount engagements that strain the relationship. We do refer smaller-budget projects to freelancers we trust.
What if you don't finish on time?
+
Fixed-price means you don't pay extra for our overrun. We absorb the time. We've missed timelines before (it happens); we've never sent a "this took longer than expected" invoice.
What about international clients / VAT / currencies?
+
We invoice in USD. International clients welcome — we've shipped engagements for clients in 6 countries. Local tax (VAT/GST) handled per your jurisdiction; we'll provide the correct documentation.
