Connect Your Tools So Data Flows Automatically
We build production-grade integrations between the systems you already use — NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, and dozens more — so your team stops re-keying data between tools.
We integrate the same platforms we use internally
Common situations
Where This Shows Up
Six patterns we see almost every week. If any of these are familiar, integration work is probably the highest-leverage investment you can make.
Your sales team and finance team re-key the same orders.
Deals close in HubSpot or Salesforce, then someone copies them into NetSuite or QuickBooks. Errors compound. Reporting never lines up. The fix isn't more headcount — it's a one-way sync the rep doesn't have to think about.
Stripe payouts don't auto-reconcile in your accounting system.
Month-end takes three days because nobody can match the payout batches to invoices, fees, refunds, and chargebacks. A correct integration handles this in the background and surfaces only the genuine exceptions.
Customer data lives in four places and nobody's sure which is canonical.
The CRM, the billing system, the support tool, and a spreadsheet all disagree. Marketing emails go to the wrong addresses. We design the system of record up front, then make every other tool a mirror — with conflict rules that match how your team actually works.
Every integration was built by a different contractor who's now gone.
Each is wired differently, none are monitored, and when one breaks you find out from a customer. We replace this with a consistent pattern — same auth handling, same retry logic, same error notification path — so your team can operate it after we ship.
Apollo, Clay, or Clearbit enrichments live in spreadsheets, not your CRM.
Your team enriches lists manually and the data goes stale before it gets back into Salesforce. A scheduled job pulls fresh data into the right CRM fields on the cadence you choose, with audit logs for every change.
Zapier worked at 10 deals/month. It's breaking at 100.
No-code is the right call for a startup. Once you have real volume, transactional edge cases, or compliance requirements, you need code you control — with idempotency, retry, and observability that no-code platforms can't give you.
Deliverables
What's Included
Every system integration engagement ships with the same backbone. No part of this list is optional.
Discovery & system inventory
We document every tool, every data shape, every API surface, and every team that depends on it before writing a line of code.
Architecture diagram
Data flow, auth, error paths, retry strategy, and the system of record — written down so your team understands what we're building before we build it.
Auth & secrets handling
OAuth flows, API keys, webhook signatures, and rotation paths managed in Doppler or your secret manager of choice. No keys checked into source.
Real-time webhooks OR scheduled sync
We pick whichever fits the data freshness requirement — and use both when one system doesn't support webhooks for the events you need.
Idempotency + retry baked in
Every external call is safe to repeat. Network blips and partial failures don't corrupt your data. Required for production.
ETL pipelines for batch + streaming
For data warehousing, reporting, or replication into Postgres/BigQuery/Snowflake. Built on Celery, Airflow, or DBT depending on what you already run.
Error notifications you'll actually see
Slack, email, or PagerDuty alerts on the right severity threshold. Not noise — only the failures that need a human.
Monitoring dashboard
Request volume, error rate, latency, queue depth. Visible to your team so the integration isn't a black box.
Operational runbook
What to do when an integration is failing. Who to call, which knobs to turn, how to replay. Hand-off documentation written for your team.
Production deploy with CI/CD
Buildkite or GitHub Actions, secrets isolated per environment, automated tests on every push. Your team owns the deploy pipeline after we leave.
Process
How We Build It
Five stages, every engagement. You see the architecture before we write code; you own the runbook before we leave.
Map
We sit with your operators and walk every system, every data shape, every owner. The output is a written inventory — usually the first time anyone has had one.
Architect
Auth flows, data flows, error paths, retry strategy, and which system is canonical for each entity. You review and sign off before code starts.
Build
Django + Celery backend with idempotency built in. We ship behind a feature flag so we can dual-write before fully cutting over.
Cutover
Monitored deploy via CI/CD. Secrets via Doppler. Monitoring dashboards live before the integration carries real traffic.
Hand off
Runbook hand-off + 30 days of operational support to catch the edge cases that only show up under real volume.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical integration take?
+
Two to four weeks from discovery to production for a single bi-directional sync (e.g., HubSpot ↔ NetSuite). Multi-system integrations or complex ETL pipelines take 4–8 weeks. We give you a fixed-price proposal after discovery so timing isn't a surprise.
Do you work with no-code platforms like Zapier or Make.com?
+
When they fit. Zapier is the right call for low-volume, low-stakes flows. Once you need transactional integrity, edge-case handling, or compliance, custom code is cheaper over the life of the integration. We'll tell you honestly which side of the line you're on.
What if our system has no public API?
+
We've integrated systems via headless browser automation, SFTP file drops, database read replicas, screen scraping, and even email parsing. Tell us what you have; we'll find a path.
Who owns the code when you're done?
+
You do. We deploy into your infrastructure, hand off the repo and the runbook, and your team can run, modify, or replace it without us.
How do you handle authentication and secrets?
+
OAuth where supported, API keys with rotation paths where not. Secrets live in Doppler or your existing secret manager — never in source code, never in environment files committed to git.
What happens if a vendor changes their API?
+
We design integrations with a thin adapter layer that isolates vendor-specific code. When NetSuite changes a field shape or Stripe deprecates a webhook, you're changing one file, not chasing references across the codebase.
Can you fix an integration someone else built?
+
Yes — we do this regularly. The first step is usually a paid audit to document what's there, what's broken, and the smallest path to stable. Then we either patch in place or rebuild, whichever the audit recommends.
How do you test integrations before going live?
+
Sandbox accounts for vendors that offer them. Mocked responses for vendors that don't. Test data fixtures committed to the repo. Dual-write behind a feature flag for the first 1–2 weeks in production before fully cutting over.
